THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN .THE INTERACTION WITH THE STAFF WAS GREAT THEY WAS VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY MY MOTHER IS SPANISH SPEAKING PERSON.THEY DID THERE BEST TO UNDRESTAND HER WITH CARE .I DIDN'Y HAD NO CONCERN WHILE MY MOTHER WAS THERE.THEY HELP ME WITH THE TRANSITTING HELPING ME TO BRING MY MOTHER BACK HOME.BUILDING VERY CLEAN.FOR THE FIRST TIME MY MOTHER ATE IN THE DINNING ROOM SHE REALLY HAPPY CAUSE SHE ALONER

I have a right to visit my love one on my time not on their time. You need to call and book a 30 minute visit and every day I call they are book and when I told them this in not acceptable they squeezed me in a 30 minute visit. How can you be book up and have a 30 minute opening. My love one is only their for rehab from surgery. I was not told this when signing up. I ask before I sign what was the visitation and I was told only two visit at a time and then you can switch out. I told her well that is great I can be there to help my husband and stay with him and when my sons get off of work I can go home and they can go visit. She did not tell me no you can not do this she did not tell me about the call and book a visit I was lied to and I am looking for someplace for him to go I do not like being lied to. I am going to report this to the La health and hospital. The doors are locked you can not get in and when I buzz to get in for my 30 minute it takes them 5 minutes to open the door so I can sign in I went over my visit time because they were late no me I will get my full 30 minutes very unsatisfied .

Great rehab therapist. Room nice clean.

First time they were giving her Tylenol and not her pain medication which she suffers with excurition pain i had to go pick her up 2nd time she said regardless she wanted to stay she pushed it thru but they lost everything we had to go buy her more clothes she seen a nurse walking down the hallway with her throw blanket when she tried to address it she acted like she did not here her i do not recommend this place to anyone

Not real sure about this facility's care giving capabilities. Family member was here that complained about services....and about how his medications were charged to him. When a patient dies, I recommend it be a common procedure for an autopsy to be performed just like in a hospital. This would ensure no wrong-doing took place. Very bizarre manner in which this person's family member passed away. I am not at rest over it.

We found the employees and management very responsive to the needs and really wanted to help..the facility was very clean and has just. Completed a 1.4 million dollar renovation. We highly recommend this place for high end medical care. There is also a physical medicine rehab hospital located on campus.
