Lunches and activities for seniors are available weekdays at United Cressant Hill Ministeries located at 150 State Street near St. Matthews. My 86 year-old mother began ceramics lessons last week for the first time in her life and expressed "having fun" while there. In the past she rarely ever got involved with anything outside of her home. I am a senior too, so I was able to participate beside her and I enjoyed myself as well.
