I toured this facility it was very clean, did not smell like most places I have looked at. Staff was very friendly.

Nursing home in north-central area of the city. Not the most inviting of nursing facilties. Scores are pretty decent in terms of patient care. This facility is making a concerted effort to improve their presence by utilizing the person-centered model that is being highly recommended by the state. Good changes are taking place.
