My husband will move into Credo Senior Living. It is a 20-unit facility working with dementia and Alzheimer's. All they do is memory care, and they're just focused on that. They knew exactly what Lewy body dementia is and that they have dealt with it before, so they were not concerned that they couldn't handle him. The staff was great. The facility was small and intimate, and he could get around easily, but his room was big. Some of the other places had very crowded rooms.

We have chosen ComfortCare Homes-Founder's Crest. My mom will be moving in tomorrow. I thought they were very warm, and they take care of the patients nicely. They were caring. The rooms were pretty spacious. You can have a private room or a semi-private room. You bring your own furniture. It's a nice place. One thing I liked about the staff who toured us was that her parents had dementia, and so she knew a lot about memory care, and that was an interesting thing about her. She was very, very informative. The dining area was very nice. I tried their food yesterday. They cooked everything from scratch and that's a good thing. What I had yesterday was very good. I like how they all come together and play different games. They have a sitting area where they have a recliner set up, and you can sit, visit, talk, or watch TV, or you can play games, and that was a great deal. They also have a salon that I thought was pretty nice.

My husband has moved into ComfortCare Homes-Founder's Crest. So far, I'm satisfied with it. The staff have been excellent and very caring. So far, there's been no issues. They do a good job. The upkeep is extremely adequate. The meals that I've seen and even have partaken of, so far, have been very nice. They're doing their job and doing it very well. I've seen a good attitude from everybody. They have a garden and a patio. They have activities; however, one area where they fell a little short is amenities.

My dad was in ComfortCare Home. He was in Founders Crest inside ComfortCare. In many ways they took stress out of us, so that we could just be with my dad. They have a room where we could have multiple people in a room. It's an Alzheimer's facility, but they have a room designed for hospice care; we took advantage of that. The employees got to know my dad fairly well, which was encouraging. It was relatively new. It was designed for a larger number of people, so they actually have the dining area for the residents to go to (if they're able to).
