I visited the Towne Centre to see my grandma and my great aunt. It was a great place. Everything was up to date and clean. The staff was very kind, very nice, and courteous. They took very good care of my grandma while she was there. There were always activities. My son brought his guitar and performed for the residents. There was always something going on, even church service. They had good meals daily, and she had no complaints about it.

We had our own doctor and our own home care that we liked to use and they bully you to use theirs. They need to be reported more often for this because they do it alot.

Towne Centre was nice. It's a much larger facility, but it just felt more like a nursing facility. It was fairly clean and was nice, especially for a facility that takes Medicaid. The people seemed friendly too. The residents that I saw walking around looked like they were pretty well cared for, and the units were nice. It just didn't have an outdoor access area for the memory care residents, but they said that they do take the residents out, which is good. It wasn't great, but it was good, considering that they have the Medicaid capability.

My Grandma lived at Towne Centre for almost three years. She thrived, living until she was 98. She loved the live music most of all. They always have planned activities for the residents to enjoy. Covid was a challenge for the staff, but they made the best of it. Comforting residents who missed their families, offering FaceTime visits when needed. When Grandma had to be put on hospice we were very concerned and hesitant in having her at Towne Centre with hospice instead of in a Hospice facility. Our worries there were, she would not get the care and attention she needed. We were mistaken, they were more caring and devoted than we could have imagined. I am so grateful to everyone at Towne Centre for all the love, kindness, support and care my Grandma received. I will miss all the residents, it was fun and interesting to hear all their stories.

My in-laws have moved into Towne Centre. Things appear to be going pretty well after being there for a few weeks. The staff is pretty good. I've been getting phone calls whenever something isn't right. Cleanliness is really good. I haven't had any major issues yet. They have art classes, Wii bowling, a happy hour every Friday afternoon, movies, and workout classes. The food is institutional. They keep the place up very nicely.

I'm leaning towards Town Centre. It was a very informative and positive experience, and everyone seemed to be very comfortable and right at home. It was clean, quiet environment. The staff was very personable, informative, gave me a lot of information, and answered all my questions. I was able to see the senior living apartments, and the assisted living. The dining area was very clean, they have a calendar of activities, but I actually saw the arts and crafts going on. They had a beauty salon, several dining and sitting areas with television, and they had a library, cafe, or bistro.

Towne Centre was a nice facility. It's spacious, open, and has beautiful nice lighting. They have waterfalls in front and it has a calming effect when you see it. The activity/dining area was nice. The surroundings and the structure of the building were nice. The grounds could use a little bit more foliage or flowers to uplift the landscaping. The rooms were OK for seniors, but for a couple, they could use a little bit more space. The staff was friendly, very cordial, and very accommodating. I didn't smell any odors or anything. It looked clean.

I really liked Towne Centre. I've known it for a long time, but it was my first visit. They showed courtesy, showed me around, showed me everything I needed to know, and I liked what I saw there. Everything looked pretty clean. I had lunch there, and the food was good.

My father is in Towne Centre. They're going through a big change from an independent living community to an assisted living community. Major renovations have been completed. Indiana has approved them, and they're just waiting for the certification. Assisted living services will be available to the people who are living in the independent living section, so I think he's in a good place. He doesn't participate as much as we'd like him to, but he does take advantage of their haircutting services and when the podiatrist comes into the facility for toenail trimming. He takes all his meals there, which means he doesn't have to cook. They just opened up a new art room, and he's enjoying doing colored pencil drawings. The staff is pretty responsive. They're remodeling the public areas, putting dining areas on each floor, and putting up nurses' stations.

I visited Town Centre, and they just opened a memory care section. I thought they needed more security. They had four Christmas trees. I felt the Christmas spirit. There was Christmas music playing. The whole place smelled like coconut, which would be a soothing thing for people with dementia.

My mother is a resident here for the past 6 months. The entire staff here is amazing! They do a wonderful job and have so many activities! My mother was so hesitant and had such a hard time leaving her home but she is so happy here now and calls this her home <3 If your considering Towne Center for a loved one I would highly recommend it.

Towne Centre was very nice, very clean, and very friendly. They had a game room and a puzzle room. They had a little lounge where they make cookies and popcorn. They had a nice dining room and a very nice entry center that had a couch, a fireplace, and TVs. The rooms were very nice. The people there were very nice, very helpful, and courteous. When you walked in the door, it seemed like it was a more warm and friendly atmosphere. I think that they were much more reasonably priced. I was hoping to get my mother in there, but it didn’t work out. From other facilities that I have been to in the area, this facility was better.

Towne Centre was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was informed that they had plenty of staff to attend to my parents. They had a lot of things that will attend to their needs. Families could come and visit. They had different sized rooms, and one of the rooms had 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms -- which I thought was a nice room -- but we could not afford that.

Town Centre Retirement Community was very nice and very clean. It is only about 12 minutes away, and it’s not far from my uncle’s doctors. We like everything about it except that the front door does not stay locked; people can come in and out at anytime. I wouldn’t prefer that kind of situation for my uncle. The staff was very nice and very thorough. They invited us to a family night last week. They showed us 2 to 3 different styles of rooms that he could pick from, and everything was really nice. I would recommend them to be checked out by anybody.

My dad is at Towne Centre. He likes the activities that they do. They play bingo, and they have music there. People would come and play music too. They have movie night every night. My dad has been there for four years now.

We toured Towne Centre Retirement Community and my mom liked it. It was clean and it smelled fresh. They had nice size apartments. However, the downfall was that they had a stove and I was concerned about the safety. They seemed to have a lot of social activities and the residents looked contented to be there.
