Every time I visit the community, everyone is very friendly and the place is kept very clean. There are lots of fun activities planned and meals are delicious.

The Facility was clean when you walked through the door. Most of the employees had great attitudes and were willing to help with anything you needed. During shift changes most of the employees would take the time to say good bye to there clients. When i say most, well there are a few that was in need of an attitude adjustment. They were rude, didnt care about the clients only themselves. To me it was like they were more worried about getting their pay checks rather than caring for the clients. Most of ths staff kept everything clean and would take pride in their work, others would just brush it off and would do the bare minimum. The family friend i went and see, she was happy living there. She had her favorite staff and then she had ones she didnt care to much about. The clients get an activity time, i am happy to see the staff joining in with the clients, it really proves they are there to take care of your loved ones instead of it just being a job. Our family friend is now home, but we still have a couple of the employees that work there call once a week just to see how she is doing. That not only touches our hearts but it shows they really do care.
