At Sheltered Village, we are dedicated to providing a quality lifestyle for each person entrusted to our care. Through training and assistance, we help each individual work towards the highest level of independence possible. Sheltered Village has been in continuous operation since 1972 with the same ownership and a stable staff. We have recently completed a 4,000 square foot addition which includes a spacious activity room with a vaulted ceiling and a quiet courtyard with a gazebo. Sheltered Village is located on five acres in picturesque Woodstock, Illinois, which is located in McHenry County. The facility is near a wide assortment of family entertainment options, such as theaters, restaurants and parks.
