To be perfectly honest, the first time I was there before my Dad and Step Mom built a house and moved in, it was much better than I was expecting. So many of the yards were beautiful . Well that was then and this is now. They paid extra, quite a bit extra for "Waterfront" property they can see the pond, but they are really not on the pond. They have maintance, ground keepers for plowing snow and mowing grass. Well when they plowed their driveway they ran over the concrete border and cracked it in several places there is a witness to this. When this was brought to "Timber Creeks owner" attention he said that my Step Mom had run over it, I do not see how as she would have taken out the light pole as well. As for the mowing and weed eating of the grass, they put holes in their siding weeks ago and still has not been fixed. Now for the inside, walls are seperating from the ceiling and several other things that are not right and have never been right since they moved in. And has been brought to "Timber Creeks owner" attention several times with dated list. The warranty is 100% for the 1st year and then the buyer is responsible for everything after that. Since Timber Creek won't fix the siding they decided to mow their yard themselves. Well wouldn't you know it "Timber Creeks Owner" came to the door and told them they could not cut their grass that short. But still has not fixed anything on their list . Timber Creek is very pretty, but pay attention to the fine print. You can not plant plants in your own yard with out it being a flower bed. Small shrubs do not necessarily need flower beds. It seems once my Dad and Step Mom signed on the dotted line, Timber Creek doesn't care about them or their house, now that Timber Creek has the money, which is quite a lot. They are both having health problems and that is why they wanted to move closer to family, but this has added even more stress than they had before. To rate Timber Creek I would have to give it at best a - 5 stars, but they won't let me so I give it a 1, that's the lowest I can rate it. The 1 positive about this whole thing is that it is not an hour drive 1 way to our family. Again before you sign on the dotted line READ THE FINE PRINT.

My overall experience with Timbercreek was very good. They were very kind. However, my mother needed more care than they were able to provide. The environment though was lovely. It was beautiful, very pretty. Their rooms were very pretty, probably the prettiest ones I have seen.
