The Bel-Wood Nursing Home, has always been known for its friendly service. It's recommended to many seniors, for it is a large non-for-profit center. With staff and volunteers on hand, every hour of the day occupants feel safe and at home. Bel-Wood , is located just outside of Bartonville, and provides free shuttle busses to take seniors to desirable locations. Although many occupants have chosen to no longer own a vehicle, the building is family accessible. Visitors parking is abundant, and seniors feel content with their own privacy, while knowing friends can visit at any time. The majority of Bel-Wood's tenants feel cared for. It seems as if no one is neglect with so many staff members. All of the seniors are close. Game rooms bring people together, and family visits frequently, to the majority of occupants. Although getting older can be hard for some, the seniors living at this nursing home don't seem to mind. They feel relieved to be with people their own age. It makes for a healthy atmosphere. I would recommend any senior struggling on their own to consider Bel-Wood Nursing Home.
