"I had a friend that was at Washington Senior Living for a while. Most of the staff was very, very helpful and they were very friendly. She got really good care and they're checking on her a lot too. They had bingo, church services, and things like that. Her room needed some work done on it, it was for two patients so it was a semi-private room. It could have used a new paint job at that particular time, but it was okay and it was clean. They had a physical therapy room and a nice dining room. They let the family come in to check in on her all the time."

"I thought Lutheran Hillside was a very nice and very clean facility. The staff was nice, and the gentleman was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional -- we’re impressed. In the assisted living facility they had a section that was very homey and had like a little workshop and a library, and the way it was laid out was really comfortable. It was secure. They have different rooms where people could do different hobbies, and that was very nice. They have games, they have areas where they could do woodworking and you could do things own your own. It was actually built in to look like a home workshop, and it has gardening areas where people can do different hobbies that they might like. It didn't just have bingo games and the usual things that you see at other facilities. The dining room was very nice, in between classy and homey "
