I'm a resident of Regency Care of Morris. It was recommended to me through Morris Hospital. They're very good and attentive to my needs. When I need something, they're right there, a Johnny-on-the-spot. When I don't need anything, they see something that they perceive that I may need, and they're a Johnny-on-the-spot. I'm having a bit of a problem with the administration. I'm trying to get an appointment with somebody, but I will get one. They're very overworked here, but all nursing homes are. They are underpaid and overworked. I'm in rehab, and the staff is fantastic. They just serve too many eggs. I know it's a good source of protein, and it's easy to get into people, but I'm just not a really big egg eater. They have activities all the time. They do your fingernails and your toenails. They have popcorn and movies, pie, and bingo. If you wanted something to do for pretty much any given hour of the day, you'd have something to do.

My grandma spent her last days here. Everyone at Regency was attentive, kind and so helpful with my 95yo grandma. She was legally blind and didn’t hear the best, and all the staff spoke to her and would explain exactly what they were doing. They took amazing care of her until her last day. Thank you Regency staff for doing God’s work!

I'd give this place a 0 if I could, it's hard to explain, my aunt was good at hiding things, for the two and a half years she was at this nursing home, they did not wash her clothes, they tried telling me they were stains, I told them you cannot scrape stains off with a spoon! I was so upset by all the lies that were there it was just a nightmare... We now have her at a beautiful nursing home in Saint Charles she's active again smiling and laughing! she even went to the hospital at this nursing home and no one even told me, she has pretty advanced dementia and they even sent her to doctor visits on her own.I could go on and on.. the turnover in administration and workers here is unbelievable... Don't bother putting a loved one here.
