I liked WinnPrairie & The Meadows at WinnPrairie, and it was probably my favorite. The lady that showed us was very pleasant, very nice, and very thorough. She also called me to ask if I had any more questions. I liked the place because it was a little larger compared to the other places. They had a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 closets. I could put my computer and a desk in the other bedroom. It has a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave. They showed me two rooms - one had storage underneath the microwave and the other one had a roll-in space for a wheelchair. One was nice and handy, but I also might like the storage, so I don't know which I'd rather have. It also had a counter space. They did laundry there with a washer and dryer. They have a room to store your Christmas decorations or whatever you want. The other places didn't have much space to store your stuff in. The entryway was all nice, and it was well-kept and attractive. On the first floor, you could go out and there are a couple of lounge chairs. The second floor had a little balcony. It's not big or fancy, but at least you could go outside from your room.
