My mom will move into Liberty Village of Freeport. We chose it because they're allowing her to take her dog, and it's just two blocks from the condo she lived in, so it was very convenient. The people have been super friendly. The food has been good. My mom liked it. They did a good job of walking us through and introducing the amenities. The staff answered our questions, very forward with us about the expectations and what they have. The facility was very well laid out, easy to get around, and had a very nice dining area and laundering facilities.

well, staff was n"t very polite,, every time asked if someone could help my sister out of a chair that she was sitting in for far to long ,, statment was yes, , about a hour or so a aide finally came and helped my sister,, She then said she would give her a shower then , help get her into her bed,, I don"t understand why they don"t supple a ruglar phones in the rooms?? also not even a clock on the wall,,? As heard the food isn"t good at all. some one whom wishes my sister could go home,, very concern about Nusing Homes where altot better,,

Staff was very unfriendly, not considerate to the needs of the patients. When you would try and explain things to them family would get ignored.

I have never been spoken to so poorly from a person than I was by there admissions person Stacie she would not assist me and then hung up when I was not done asking questions. Nurse on floor was very helpful

Liberty Village of Freeport was very clean, and the staff was very resourceful, helpful, and good for their people. The rooms were very nice. Everything was fine.
