My husband will be moving to Manor Lake Hickory Flat, and we have chosen it because, first of all, they're brand new, and I like the fact that everything's clean. They've only been open for five months. My husband had gone to several other ones but didn't feel comfortable. He didn't want to be in a place with a bunch of women, so this was the one he felt the most comfortable at. The staff was amazing, and I liked them. They provide the care that I need for him at this stage of his disease. It's a little apartment, which is very nice, and they have lots of activities. They had a family night. We had a meal with them, and that was very good. They invited us to come and had what they called a Fat Tuesday party. My husband went to that, and he enjoyed it.
