If you love your family, don't ever send them here. Rooms are filthy, has roaches everything is old and breaking down. The nurses are rude and will never check on your loved ones. They don't really read charts cause they don't care. Just leave medicine on table and are gone for the rest of their shift. CnA get angry if they have to change or feed patients. They don't even communicate with kitchen to make sure patients are eating what they are supposed to. Worst place ever. And not to mention never seen or heard a real doctor there, and they don't even really do rehab and therapy for patients as they say.

1, The food leaves much to be desired. 2. My wife is not put in a wheelchair as often as she should be. This is a problem since I can't visit her at convenient times. 3. A lot of the staff don't like working here and make it known to the patients by being rude and uncaring to them. 4. There is no way to reach someone in an emergency. My wife thought she had a heart attack and she could reach no one and sat in the hall looking at the Nurses station and no one was there for an hour and a half.

My mom has been in NSPIRE Healthcare Tamarac for almost two years now. It's a good facility and my daughter visits there quite often. The layout is also good, but we really can't go in there much now because of COVID. She only meets us downstairs, but it's clean and accessible. The staff is attentive, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They just need to have more interaction and therapy for the residents.
