My brother will be moving into Brookestone Senior Residences. We chose it because of their price. It was a very nice place and it had disability assistance. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The rooms looked fine, and they were wheelchair accessible.

I don't know how the rooms are but I know the management team is unresponsive and inconsiderate. The building may be pretty, but I'd fear needed to contact them for any real issues.

Applied in May, passed background and financial checks, put a deposit on movers was told apartment was "mine." Office staff has just changed in July 2023 after new management company took over at end of May. Communication, responsiveness and organization are abysmal. Another landlord will get my 1084.00 + per month.
