My dad is in Hialeah Shores Nursing & Rehab for a week now. The place is clean. The staff is warm. He does mention that they do take a little bit of time to respond when he is requesting help sometimes. Other than that, they're doing everything that they're supposed to do for him. He does participate in rehab activities and exercises, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Dad seems to be happy with the food. He says it's good. I would say they have to improve their response time.
