We're very happy with it. It's a very nice community, and my mom is getting the care that she needs. The food and atmosphere are great, and her room is really nice. We're really pleased with the whole thing. They have different kinds of room and my mom is in a single studio with her own bath and a little kitchenette. The staff is excellent, very nice, and always willing to help. They also give me suggestions and options on things. I find them very hands on and giving her what she's needing right now. It's comforting to know that she's in a good place. They can go down to breakfast and order their own every morning, so they dont have to go at a specific time. They have several options for lunch and dinner, and they set cookies, doughnuts, or rolls out at the lobby, or cakes and coffee and juices at any time. You can actually order on the phone if you want. They have several activities like bingo, people who come in and play music, and crafts, card games, and so on. They also have church, priests, and different denominations who come in and do services. They also have a pool that allows family to come to the pool and you can bring your own lunch. They have a good covered patio and some tables and chairs, and you can have a whole afternoon outside with your family.

I met with a very nice lady at Volante of Melbourne. It was her first or second week on the job, so she wasn't thoroughly familiar with the place, but she showed me around and showed the facilities. It's not that bad. It was very quiet when I visited. There were very few people outside waiting for transportation to go shopping. Their dining area was nice. Nothing elaborate, but it was very clean-looking, airy, and pleasant.

The tour was very good. They have a swimming pool, and it looks like it's user-friendly with handicapped people because they're redoing it with the ramp. They have a wheelchair that would go down that ramp. I think for people in Florida who like water and being outside, that was very good. They also have a little small smoking area outside. The staff was very good, too. The building looked very clean, and they had ice cream day. The only thing I didn't care about was that the rooms were upstairs, and you had to use an elevator most of the time. So that's the only downfall with that one. It was clean but the accessibility I didn't care for. When I stepped in, it felt OK.

It was a very pleasant facility and it's well run. I think it had all of the things that are important to a memory care facility. My tour was a little confusing because they didn't know I was coming so they didn't have the regular tour person, but I was given the tour by the director and it was an excellent one. He discussed the needs of my husband. The upkeep looks good. It's a pleasant place to be in. They had a lovely dining area, and it was well-thought-out.

I had a great tour experience. I thought that was the perfect place for my friend. She just could not see it because she didn't have her own kitchen. It's an old hotel that they took over. So, the room is like a standard hotel room. It was nicely appointed though and they did a nice job on the decor. You still have to bring your own furniture and bedding. For the most part, for someone who needs that, it was not a bad way to go, considering some of the other homes we looked at that were kind of dirty and rundown. They have lots of activities. They had a nail salon, a beauty salon, a little general store, and a big community room. They have a pool but it's not yet finished. The staff was great. That's the place I wanted for her. They were able to make it affordable and she would have been fine there.

Yesterday, I went to see it. It's very nice. The people were very kind, very professional, and very attentive. They listened to everything I had to say. I asked a lot of questions, and it was great. The rooms were very nice. It was a hotel before this, so the rooms were like hotel rooms. The dining room was beautiful with tablecloths. They had a room where they did crafts and bingo, and then they had a big lounge with a TV. Everything was very nice. They had a place where the doctors come and take care of each resident. They have a swimming pool, but they're going to redo the whole outside, so the swimming pool is going to be all new. We saw people eat and it looked very good. The menu was pretty good, and it had a lot of varieties. According to the tour, if you didn't want something for dinner, the chef would cook something that you would want. They're very caring. That's how it seems to me. As far as cleanliness, it looked clean to me. It was just older than some other facility.

I went here. It's right in front of a lagoon, the island is right across the way, the barrier island would be about a mile thick. A lot of the apartments have ocean views, some of them have two bedrooms. The one they showed me had one bedroom, two bathrooms, a big living room, and a small kitchen. They are the best, actually, so far. She's a wonderful person. I suspect that she probably showed me the best of the best apartments. It's top of the line for me, for what my monthly income will be. The staff was very nice. Everything was spotless, it's in good shape, there's parking for my car, I'm allowed to go out with my friends, and I can bring my family and they can be with me for hours and hours, so I thought that was good.

We had my aunt here, and it's a very nice place. They have a lot of activities, and the food is unbelievable. You have meals to pick from. A couple of days a week, they have fruit balls down there where you can go down and get fresh fruit. In the morning, they have muffins and coffee. My husband and I both have eaten there, and the food is very good. They also have all kinds of games. They also have a pool, and that is very, very nice. The staff is very friendly. Once she goes down to breakfast, they make her bed and empty her trash. They also do full cleaning and change her sheets once a week. They are very nice and take good care of her. They have sing alongs and an area for men. It is really entertaining. What I like about the place is the cleanliness, and the lady that took us around was very nice. Even the residents there were very friendly as well. Everything was just so nice, and it sold us. With their security, you need to sign in.

It is relatively new; it's only a couple of years old. The staff is really wonderful. They really go the extra mile to make sure their residents are really happy and comfortable. I would certainly recommend it if someone is looking for a facility for their parents or family members. The sanitation is excellent. It is immaculate. I like their accessibility; my dad is just across town. The staff is very warm and very welcoming. You can tell with everybody that they generally care about their residents.

I live in California and my sister has dementia and resides there. Friends and relatives occasionally visit, but I truly depend on the staff to keep me informed. They treat my sister with respect and make sure I'm aware of her needs. I can't imagine a finer fit for assisted living and I appreciated the communication they afford me. C. Hoffman

It was very nice. The rooms were sufficient, and the staff was nice. It seemed to be very clean. We only saw one room. This used to be a hotel, and they knocked the wall out and made two rooms into one. They had a therapy room for physical therapy. They had bingo, and they had pool tables. It had continuing care. When their people got to the point where they really needed nursing home care, there's a nursing home right in front, and they send their people there.
