Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bucks Hill was a nice facility. The staff members were very good and very informative. They answered all our questions. We didn't go into a room, but from the outside looking in these people's rooms, they were nice. They also said they had activities with them. The whole place was nice. They had just remodeled it. The staff were great.

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bucks Hill was a nice facility. The staff members were very good and very informative. They answered all our questions. We didn't go into a room, but from the outside looking in these people's rooms, they were nice. They also said they had activities with them. The whole place was nice. They had just remodeled it. The staff were great.

This facility is well staffed. It's nursing and Re-hab professionals are caring and kind. The food is good. recreation offers a variety of activities on all levels on all days of the week. The facility is clean and is always decorated for all festivities. It is in need of some maintenance.
