My mother is in Maple View Health and Rehabilitation. The location is good. The staff is very friendly and caring. I don't really have anything that I don't like about it. She's only been there for a month. It's very, very clean. They have activity rooms.

Food is horrible, cold, coffee is weak, soup is watery. What the menu says is not what you get. A chicken club last I knew was chicken, mayo, bacon, lettuce and tomato. I got grilled chicken on a roll. Nothing else on it. Help is mediocre. Some are rough when moving you. Nurses are good but it takes too long to get meds. PT is phenomenal. Covid cleaning not good. Shouldn't have 4 people use one bathroom. I got Covid because the room I shared with had Covid and wasn't cleaned consistently. Beds are old. Sound like trains when adjusting. Good luck getting a shower. Not enough help. Very disappointed. Was recommended by a friend 2 months ago.

My Mother in Law has lived at Mapleview in the Altzheimers until for 3 years. Although the place doesn't look fancy, I believe she gets good care. The staff has always been friendly, and kind to her. Dealing with Altzheimers/Dementia patients is not easy. My mother in law is always dressed, bathed and I feel like they do the very best they can. Could it be better? Yes, as with anything there's always room for improvement but I do feel they do a decent job for the residents.

My mom was at this facility for 4 months. She received excellent care. Her room was always clean and bedding. The staff was excellent and very attentive to my moms needs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone is need for skilled nursing home. My mother loved playing bingo and they had different recreations for the patients.

Very disappointed with that place. My mom has been there for only 2 days and thank god it's a short term rehab for her because I would never let her stay there long term. Staff is very unfriendly and when you say or ask something it's like you are bothering them. Her roommate unfortunately goes to the bathroom on herself and they keep her smelling dirty laundry in her basket, so when we walk in it stinks so bad. Tonight I was there and the aid took her to the bathroom to change her, right after that my mom needed to go to the bathroom, when I walked in to the bathroom with my mom, I thought I was going to throw up, the aid just threw the other ladies diaper in the garbage can and didn't even wrap up the bag....So gross that my mom has to smell that crap. My mom has had family members going to see her and they are discussed as soon as they walk in my mom's room...What a bunch of lazy people working there..My mom had back surgery a couple of weeks ago, she asked them to take her for a walk and they told her no...I went to see her tonight and took her for a walk...The only good thing about this place is it's close to me and I can be there in 5 minutes...I would not recommend this place to anyone that is placing their loved ones in a long term nursing home :(

Mapleview Manor is a horrendous facility. Nursing supervisor is the worst and sets a bad tone for the rest of the employees. A simple request to either a nurse or nurse's aide was frowned upon. Morale was low. Most employees were lacking empathy (at least on first shift) and work ethic. Staff was unbelievably unfriendly. Union needs to be done away with so these lazy nurses and aides actually work and not gossip and ignore patients. Entire structure needs a revamping. So glad my mom is out of there and in a truly caring facility which is responsive to her needs.

Worst nursing home you could bring a family member to. One of the nurses who cared my father had an attitude every day. Felt like you were bothering her if you asked for something. Can only imagine how she was when patients needed something. Walked around miserable and you could tell she could care less about the patients. Many of the other caregivers there had this same attitude and feel. They wrote the incorrect information down on discharge papers when my dad was being brought to the hospital from there. Wrote he was on a regular diet when in reality he had been on pureed diet the whole time he was there do to problems swallowing. Too many nurses there with attitudes. Would never bring anyone from my family there again.

This place ranks very low. It's dirty, the staff ignores you, they dont care or look after you. Its just a paycheck for the employees. DONT bring anyone you love to place, AVOID this place at all costs!!

Worst place you could ever send your family. They do not care about patients. They rarely check on them and its very dirty. My grandmother was there complaining of a swollen leg, the did nothing and actually still sent her for physical therapy when in fact she had a blod clot and could have died. They are very uncaring professionals. Good luck if you go there, you will be commenting with me after your visit.

Maple View Manor was a wonderful establishment to visit as a family member of an elderly resident living there. The elderly seemed happy, entertained, and were placed under great care by an excellent staff. The facility was clean and organized and staff was friendly and helpful. I went around Saint Patrick's Day and Maple View was decorated festively and there were Irish Step dancers coming the next day which all the residents seemed thrilled and excited for. It was encouraging to see they found ways to keep the residents from feeling bored or cooped up. Each resident was known personally by name by the staff and there seemed to be a great relationship dynamic between those who work there and the elderly they take care of. Overall I thought it was a lovely place while though on the smaller side, there was an emphasis on taking care and rehabilitating the residents which impressed me immensely.
