My room was clean and well supplied with towels. The staff was kind, helpful and always treated you with respect and a smile. Many attempts are made to make time spent there fun and social. The rehab department were very good. I felt there was a true concern for my well being. I witnessed this with all the patients in my area. I give them top rating for doing a wonderful job of caregiving.

disgusting place with horribly unfriendly staff. Rude. They placed and IV not in a vein. Do not go here for rehab. Grossly incompentent.

Staff: The Staff are really great. They are friendly and truly care about the patients. They seem understaffed but are always willing to help. Amenities/Facilities: The facility is in Vernon off of a main road. Its secluded and quiet with lots of trees surrounding the facility. The building seems kept in decent condition. There is a dining room that serves as a recreation room and there is also a meeting room for various functions. Each room typically has two beds with a blinder separating each patient. The rooms are a bit small but they make every effort to get people where they want to be. They helped my Grandmother find a room with another woman who speaks Polish.

My grandmother lived at this facility for the last 15 years. She was well taken care of by most of the staff. The issues that I or my family had with the facility were taken care of very quickly and efficiently. Although, I wish that no one needed these facilities, if I had to recommend one, this would be it. The staff was professional. The other patients were friendly. The building was well maintained.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The nurses offer a high level of care for patients. My grandmother is treated very well and seems much happier there. They have activities daily and offer religious services often. I would recommend this nursing home to everyone.
