Their cleaning staff are always keeping the rooms clean as well as the common areas. The nurses are top notch and on the ball. The food, surprisingly good. I I would feel very comfortable with referring this place to family and friends.

I was not satisfied with staying there. The food is horrible. It comes served to you cold. The wait time to see your nurse is extremely lengthy. One nurse has 32 patients to pass meds to all by herself. The rooms have old furniture in it and the hallway smells like urin in the unit I was placed in. Not needed to be said but I was grateful that I luckily had to be sent to emergency room and was admitted to e.r so I didn't. Have to return to the facility

My husband is in Westside Care Center, and he is there because he needs to be in a secure Alzheimer's unit. The staff is good. He cannot express any feelings at all because he does not comprehend anything, and he does not talk; he lost his speech years ago. It is a very secure place.
