Spring Creek Chalet is an outstanding senior care facility in Montrose. My mother, father, and father-in-law have all been residents at Spring Creek, and I have researched all other senior living facilities in this area. No other facility combines all the absolute necessities for senior living like Spring Creek Chalet. The apartments are large and comfortable; housekeeping services are available weekly; personal laundry and basic laundry are available weekly; the menu choices and the food (plus 24-hr.snacks) are outstanding; health care needs and emergency pull cords are provided; and most importantly, a loving, friendly home-like atmosphere exists in Spring Creek Chalet. One true measure of an outstanding senior living facility is the consistency and retention of staff members. Many of the same staff members have been with the Chalet for the last ten years (based on my personal experience). Safety, security, friendliness, fun activities, and respect are all qualities of living when a person becomes a resident at Spring Creek Chalet. The gardens, the fishing pond, the walking paths are additional attractions at the Chalet. I would highly recommend this facility for any senior who wants to continue living in a "home-like" facility.

think Spring Creek Chalet is like being in my own home. I like the friendliness of my fellow residents and staff. We are always concerned about each other, particulary when someone is ill. I have my own privacy, but am free to involve myself in activities I wish to. We have a lot of menu choices and the meals are well prepared. I love having my meals prepared for me. I have a beautiful view from my apartment of the mountains, pond and wildlife passing by my window. My apartment is cleaned for me weekly. I can be taken whereever I need to go for appointments. We have resident meetings at least monthly where we can voice our opinions and needs, and they are taken care of. The secuirity is well maintained and it is comforting to know that I can pull my emergency cord for help any time, which comes immediately.
