"Crossroads is a very nice, extremely well-kept facility with good personnel. The food service is very good, and the recreation service is good. It has been a good experience, so far. They have a main building with 30 or 40 rooms, most of which are private but some are semi-private two-bedrooms with a single bath. Outside of that are apartments or cottages that are brand new. "

"My parents-in-law are at Heidi's Chateau LLC. It’s friendly, clean, and homey. We love the staff, we can call anytime, and they call us to let us know how they’re doing. They’re very good and they take care of things immediately. They have a studio, a large room, and with picture window in every room. Every morning they have an exercise class, a beautician, and somebody who does their nails. They have a dining room and the meals are great for them . The owner, Frank, is very involved and wonderful."

"When I went to Montage Creek to visit a friend, I thought I would love to put my mom there. It's like a high-end hotel and it's super, super nice, but they would not take Medicaid. The staff that I interacted with were very helpful, very kind, and very professional. The dining area was set up like a restaurant. It didn't look like nurse aides were the ones serving them, but they looked like waiters that were serving them their dinner and refilling their water. It was very elegant and very nice. The atmosphere was very bright, light, and inviting. There was a desk as you walked right to the left. The staff that greeted us were very friendly and outgoing. The decor was beautiful and my friend's room was very spacious. It was an open area where she had a big walk-in closet and a full bath to herself. Then she had her own little sink, microwave, mini fridge, and table and chairs (like a little dining area). It was very well maintained and very clean. It was very lovely."

"My mother moved into The Homestead at Montrose. The place is great. It has great food, and she got a big room, which is a studio. They have a 1-bedroom as well. Her room is beautiful and clean. The whole place is really nice, and the staff is really helpful. Everything is great. She's got a little kitchenette, a sink, fridge, and a microwave, but no stove. It's good. I know the food is really good because when we were moving her in there, I had a taste of her food. It's wonderful. We met with the administrator, the head nurse, and her assistant. They kind of evaluated mom first, made sure she qualifies for assisted living which she does, and they kind of went into the rules. There's a pet policy, she doesn't have pets, but it was easy and painless. It took a couple of hours because we went up to the room and they showed us and let us in, so we could move her furniture in and it was smooth. They have a whole activities department. Some of the activities have been downsized because of Covid, but they have bingo, church service in the chapel, and they had a nice Easter service, which is kind of nondenominational. They have a room where they have to sit spaced out, but they can watch TV together or sit around and talk, and it's like a lounge area. The wifi and the landline are included in the price. The staff is always great to me and mom's always raving about how good the food is. The facility is very clean, very organized, very beautiful inside, and well done."
