We placed my mom in Leawood Assisted Living (Loving Care Assisted Living Services, LLC) and she's very happy there. It's an 8-bedroom care home. The care is phenomenal. Her room is extremely clean and fits her needs perfectly. It's not too big and not too small. The whole place is extremely clean. It's a husband and wife that run the place, and it's a different husband and wife that own the place, and they're very caring people. I've been there when they were cooking, and there's all home-cooked meals, fresh foods used, and it's fantastic. They cooked schnitzel one day which I had a piece of and it was phenomenal. My mom is from Europe and that hit home with her. There's a great room with a large TV, and another little private room that has a smaller TV which families can go and visit. There's a big table for everybody to sit at at meals, and a kitchen where they cook but residents don't usually end up in there. My mom loves living there so it was a great move for her.
