My mother is currently in rehab at Villa Manor Care Center. It's a very nice place and it's very clean, and they have a really friendly and nice staff. Medicare pays for it. She's in a private room, and it's very nice. She has a TV in there, and it's clean, and they have their own private bathroom.

My husband moved into Villa Manor Care Center. It's really probably one of the very few places I found who were willing to work with me. I had to make a quick decision because he had to be out of the other place, and they bent over backwards to make sure he got into this place. They were very cooperative and we've had nothing but good care since he's been here. The staff is very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. The amenities are beautiful, very good, and very clean. They have a variety, but we have a private room. It was my first choice when I started looking because I had driven past it so many times, and I had a friend who was there and liked it. Price was a little high. Everyone that I've worked with has been good. And the thing is it's five minutes from my house, so he's here.

The rehab staff is very nice and helpful but the nursing staff is very unprofessional! Do not send your family members there.

Don't let the re-model fool you, this place is horrible. If you care about your loved-one do not put them in this long-term care facility. They are short staffed and will let your mom or dad sit in their Depends Pull-Ups forever before they change them. They have most residents sitting around the nurses's station so that they can watch them easier. They take a good 15 minutes to get to your loved one before they will help them to the bathroom. The food is incredibly bad. Bottom line: they just don't have enough workers care properly for their residents. I complained to the local ombudsman a few times, but they really can not help in any meaningful way.
