For several weeks after breaking my femur, hip and arm in a roller skating accident. The staff including CNA's, nurses, PT's, OT's and the physician were exceptional. The PT's and OT's made sure that I was progressing as rapidly as I could. My care could not have been better. I appreciated the kindness of the CNA's. They were so sweet in trying to meet my needs and make the environment cheerful. What a crew they all are! I was so thankful that we found the Life Care Center. All of the administrative staff were helpful when I needed it! The food was good and the maintenance staff did an excellent job cleaning my room daily. There was nothing more I could have asked for during my rehab!! A++ for sure!

My mother was in the facility starting in Dec 2014 for 3 months. She has been in rehab two different times at facilities in Utah and Fort Collins and did remarkably well. As for Life Care Center I wouldn't even recommend taking your dog there. She never walked again. Dr Thompson is either a chauvinist male or a doctor who is just waiting his time to retire. One of my personal doctors cringed when I mentioned his name. Even one of the care givers mentioned the treatment she was exposed to. I had such high hopes but the outcome was terrible.

We’re in the Life care Center for rehab. The staff has been great, and the care was good. The room my mother was in is small, but it’s workable. They have Bingo, cards, and music. My mom is pleased with the food.

My mom has been in Assisted living facility for two weeks and they were not able to keep her meds in order so she's been taken back to Life Care Center in Greeley and in need of more care than what the assisted living would give her. She's been diagnosed as having Parkinson's disease and in need of more care than being in Assisted living. The nursing facility is extremely caring. There's 24 hour care and she always have someone with her. She's treated in the nursing home very well that's why we asked the doctors orders to put her back there, that's where she's been before assisted living. She's very much happy in the facility. This is a good place to recommend.
