My sister is established in Fort Collins at Centre Avenue, and she's happy there. They have a nursing facility on the second floor; she's staying there. We love it, they love her, and she loves them. It's going great, but it's very, very expensive. She had been in rehab there so they put her there for nursing care, and I was just thrilled to find a place for her. It's going so well. They're so loving and caring; I'm very, very happy with it, and she is, too. I couldn't find another facility for her because of COVID -- they were all full. She said it's a very small room, but it's very nice. She has a window so I think everything is satisfactory. I talk to the staff often, and they're very good about communicating, answering questions, and letting me talk to my sister via FaceTime. It's been good.

My mother-in-law moved into Centre Avenue Health & Rehab Facility. We've been very happy with the care she has received. The doctor has been great with communicating with us and making sure we had a conference call with the family all over the country which was very helpful, so that we all knew her progress and what was going on. We are very pleased with the social worker there, the doctor, and all the staff. She likes the food.

My Mom stayed there for 6 days prior to passing away. They gave her excellent compassionate care. The therapists were very professional and diligently worked with her maybe even knowing her time was near. They paid attention to her every need and she enjoyed the singing activities and the food. My husband has been at the Centre Avenue Health & Rehab Facility on different occasions. I thought it was very good. I certainly didn't have any reason not to think that. The rehab people were very helpful, very considerate, and very caring. I thought it was very clean and we were very pleased with it. He did not have the alert button to wear there; it was always beside the bed and sometimes it took a little longer for them to answer that. But he was very comfortable there.

My husband was in Centre Avenue Health and Rehabilitation. They took care of him really well. They urged him to get up and move around. It was great, and he enjoyed it. I was very happy that he was there because I knew he was being taken care of. I was getting totally worn out, and so having him there for a couple of weeks was a wonderful break for me. They were great, and the people who were taking care of him in his unit knew what was going on with him. They would have all the information, what he'd been doing that day, if he'd been doing well or been slow. I was pleased with that. He was clean, and they got him dressed and neat and made sure that he had food that he wanted, and his medication was always on time.

This facility has a variety of residents and patients ranging from people who just need rehabilitation from accidents to long term residents in hospice. The most noticeable thing about this facility is how the kitchen staff bends over backwards to please the residents and give them as much individual attention as possible. Hats off to the ladies that serve our seniors and get very little appreciation in return.
