My grandmother fell multiple times at this facility resulting in injury yet the Director of Nursing (M.G.) refused to arrange for a sitter as requested or move her to a room closer to the nurses station for better monitoring. Her excuse was that she didn’t have enough staff to come in as a sitter and it would be too expensive to hire staff from an outside agency. This is not a safe place for your loved ones. The management cares more about money and profits than their patients.

My wife was at The Center At Cordera and it was an excellent place. It was clean and modern. The rooms were also nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. They had activities and they were always there for the residents.

My father was sent to The Center at Cordera after being discharged from the hospital. Even though the staff was short staffed, they were consistently thoughtful, helpful, and kind. They went the extra mile to provide for my father's care and to help me as I stayed there as his caregiver. The rooms were large and comfortable.

A resident calls me daily and complains that his diabetic sugar levels are too high or too low. Hardly at a good level. Has received only 2 rehab sessions, he is constantly complaining, they only give him insulin when the level is too high. At home he was taking twice daily, morning & evening now it's when they feel like it should be given...something is not right, poor care is given as he sees it. He's a nervous wreck...shameful this is happening, he's been there 2 week's...!

My wife is in The Center at Cordera for rehab. I think the care is excellent. However, they are trying to operate with the shortage of staff. The staff is very professional though. The communication I have with them has been excellent. There's no problem with that at all. Her room is nicely designed, efficient, and very clean. They have some outdoor lawns. I don't think there's anything formal, however. They have some very nice indoor meeting spaces, living areas, and common areas. I think the facility could use some upgrades. She's receiving physical and occupational therapy and that seems to be going very well. She's receiving post-surgical help and training rehab and it's been excellent. She's quite happy with the food and it appears to be well-prepared and all. Currently, they are locked down because of a COVID outbreak so no activities are going on right now.
