My mother is there, and i must say overall it seems like a really good place. I called the administrator yesterday and she called me right back, which i appreciated. I had questions about my Mothers medication, she answered all my questions, very honest and to the point.

I like Springs Village, and their rooms are nice. It is like they tried to keep up the place. I really don't have any complaints about the facility itself. The main reason we went to this facility was because my mom was able to get a private room rather than sharing with somebody. The only strong complaint I have about this whole situation with my mom is that there didn't seem to be anybody involved in directing her care overall. The people in the hospital don't talk to the people in the care center. The people in the care center don’t talk to the different places where she has had appointments. The communication between the all the different entities like the nursing center, the hospital, and all the different places that interact with the person to try to get them well could really be improved. I would recommend Spring Village. I think the sanitation is fine. It is a clean and well-kept facility.

This is a place where the staff really does care about people. The nurses at this facility are excellent, the will go above and beyond to help and meet the needs of the people they are caring for. if theire is one draw back i would say that at times they seem to be a little under staffed but other than that i would highly recommend Springs Village Care Center. i enjoyed my experience and interactions with staff and have really nothing bad to say about this location. i have to say again how impressed i am with the quality of the nurses here, they really understand and sympothize with patients during the rehabilitaion process. they are very warm and friendly as well as professional and capable. the ameneties may not be as fancy as someother places but i will take being treated kindly and friendly over a jacuzzi and a horrible experience with staff members. if youve had bad experiences before at other places then go to Springs village Care facility and let them turn your bad experiences into pleasant ones.
