Now it is known as Orchard Post Acute Outpatient Clinic located in Vacaville California if you can by any means do not send your loved one there please try your best to send them elsewhere short staffed resting rooms not checked on 4 hours days at a time no fluids food left in feces for more than 24 hours change the only one time stolen cell phone so they can have contact with the outside world had to wait to go to dialysis to get a contact with me to let me know that they were not taking care of my father worst place ever I'm going to do everything in my power to have this convalescent home shut down once and for all I'll dedicate everything that I have to have this place shut down that will not let this happen to somebody else's mother father brother sister whoever you do not have the right to treat people how you do worthless should be ashamed of yourselves

The atmosphere really shines here, there is live local entertainment, big windows, a courtyard with a small fish pond and an indoor atrium with an assortment of birds. In terms of long term and short term intensive care, this place is on the higher end. The facility is clean and aired, the staff is generally pleasant and the residents engaging. We have had a few problems that have had to be addressed by the family on behalf of my grandfather. His bedsores were not being treated to our expectations; however changes were made once we voiced our opinion. In general the place is pleasant and relaxed, but not without its complications. I would recommend this facility to families who want to deal with professional and medical standards. It is a nursing home as well as a rehabilitation facility, meaning there are more medical personal present. It is not without complications though, as I stated we have had to speak up for what we expected, but generally once voiced our needs are met.
