My friend was able to get into Maclay Healthcare Center for her physical therapy. It's a nice place, it's very clean, and they take the patients outside when the weather is nice. I'm impressed that when you go there to visit somebody you have to do it through a computer where you log in and log out when you leave. There's somebody there all the time. She's in a double room and there was another patient there with her. Her room looked very clean. You can bring in food. The parking was not too great because it was on a busy street. Other than that, the facility looked pretty clean, and the outside area was nice.

My mother passed away April 7, 2010 and after going through 2 nursing home nightmares (Astoria in Sylmar and another facility in Lancaster, CA)... we landed in MaClay. The service, the staff, the facilities were simply amazing. The genuine care and treatment from the cleaning staff, to the nurses' aids, the RN's to the cooks, they were all just so wonderful to my mother. Eventually, we were offered a one-bed room as my mom was transitioning and leaving us. I am forever in debt with Maclay Healthcare for the attention they gave not on to my mom but to our entire family. They were angels in disguise and for that I will forever cherish and thank them. Thank you guys!
