Broadway Villa Post Acute

I was at Broadway Villa Post Acute for rehab. I thought it was better than the other place, but still very noisy. The room was about the same size. It had a patio that you could go out and sit on. The physical therapists were great. They had activities. The patio had some plants and for a while, they had a table out there where you could eat lunch, but they took it away. They came in to clean. They brought the food to the room, and the food was OK.

I am currently staying at Broadway Villa Post Acute, a nursing facility. The only thing I like about it is that I'm getting therapy to strengthen my muscles to help me get better. The staff is always on the spot. They cater to everything that we might need. The other thing is that they treat you like you're a person and you're not somebody that they have to help. They're very kind and considerate. The food is very good. They have a variety of stuff, and if you need something else, they run right down and get it for you. It's really good. They keep the building very clean. They do a lot of extra things to keep it clean. Everybody in here, at least twice a day, was dusting or cleaning the floors. They're very, very upbeat with the cleanliness. They have quite a few different activities. I do not go to any of them.

Broadway Villa Post Acute has about 170 beds. Personally, I'm not a fan of nursing homes, but it felt clean, and there wasn't an odor. It seemed rather busy. It felt dark and old fashioned to me. Even though they have recently done a little remodelling and lifting up, it felt so dark and old. They should improve on the brightness of the place. The ceilings felt low to me. It's an older building, but they're trying to brighten it up with brighter colors on the walls and new floors, but it still had an older feeling. The staff was very helpful and very kind. It was very clean.
