My sister has been living in Julie's Care Home for eight years now. They helped her with showering, and taking care of her medications. They feed her and they're careful about her diet, and they get her to medical appointments. The staff is very good. I've been pleased with the attention that she's gotten. She's in a double room, and most of the time, she had a roommate. She does not right now, but it has a big window, looking out on the street. And so she often sits by the window and enjoys seeing what's going on outside. There are no specific activities. She reads quite a bit. She has friends who would take her out occasionally. They do have a television room and occasionally they'll have a special meal. They have an outdoor barbecue, and occasionally they'll do a special meal, but they don't have organized activities.
