Frank Residences

My parents moved into the Frank Residences last November. I think it's a very good community. I think it's very well-run, well-managed, clean and very, very good. My parents are very, very happy there. The staff is excellent, very attentive, very good. The food is excellent. The dining area is beautiful, modern, and new. Their apartment is brand new, beautiful, and very contemporary. It's a one-bedroom with a bath, a living room, and a kitchen. Very nice. Theaters, swimming pools, gyms, health salons, beauty salons. Really nice. Very, very nice place. They have tons of activities, daily activities. It's almost like a cruise ship. They have lectures, movies, presentations, and singing groups come in. It's immaculate, kept up as a first-class resort. Value is fair, it's competitive with other places in the area. I don't have any complaints at this point.
