My mother was at G G's Residential Care Home. I got her away from there because they had one person taking care of 11 clients. They had this cook who did everything. There are too many people in there, and the people need attention and one girl cannot give it. That place would take three girls there to help out because they had to cook, they had to wash clothes, they had to do all that by themselves. It was unpleasant because the place was not taking care of her at all. They wouldn't even bring her to the bathroom. They wouldn't do anything for her. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there. That place is terrible; it smells bad. Every time I go there, she cries. She cries herself to sleep and grumbles every night. She complains about the food. All they ate was soup. We had to bring her some food to eat, and she was there for almost two years. It was really starting to get worse. It was a terrible experience.
