The Oaks was wonderful. They're very highly recommended. I would recommend this place to my friends. They were organized. The aides weren't grumpy like some places. The staff seemed very good. They seemed to know what they're doing. They treat you right.

I'm a cancer widow. I've dealt with my late husband's doctors, both my dead parents' doctors, and my dead sister's doctors. I've never been as disrespected by a doctor as I was today disrespected by Dr. Hamblin at Hillcrest Post Acute. My brother was there over a holiday weekend, so, granted the timing was bad. But he didn't receive a proper assessment for four days, and when he did, the doctor was cold, begrudging, and dismissive. I regret bringing my brother there. The experience has been terrible.
