Vivante Newport Center

Vivante Newport Center was brand new and it was gorgeous. It wasn't even fully occupied, and it hadn't been open for very long. It was like going to a Biltmore Hotel. It was incredibly beautifully decorated. It was a very elegant kind of place. The assisted living rooms were very large, very modern, and incredibly well-appointed. They had a chef and a sous chef. We toured with an individual who had a lot of experience with senior living and assisted living facilities. She was just really knowledgeable. They had a lot of activities within the facility. They had an automated golf course where you could program to play as many as a couple of dozen different golf courses on the screen. When you physically drove the golf ball, it would measure your golf ball speed and distance and you literally could play a course. They also had a bowling alley. They had an artist's studio. It was also pretty spread out, even though the assisted living situation was just kind of dispersed on various floors. It was a very large facility.
