Mom moved to Carmel Hills Care Center. They're attentive and quick to tell me anything that they do that involves changing medicine or any change in medical condition. I think that's what I like the most. They have a large common area. They have two or three smaller common areas that range from areas to read newspapers to playing bingo, chess, and backgammon to coloring, to just a peaceful place to look out the window or be outside. She is in a shared room and it just looks fairly common.

Carmel Hills has been such a wonderful place for my mom to recover from multiple health issues. Their staff is kind and responsive to needs. They pay attention to detail and aim to please and support their Residents and their families. We are so grateful.

My dad was in Carmel Hills (Carmel Hills Care Center) for 3 1/2 weeks. It looked very clean. The staff was very helpful and very nice. If my dad needed something, they took care of it. I'd say the staff did very well. The food was very good. Even though my dad never went down and used the dining area, it looked very nice. He also didn't get involved in the activities they offered him, but in the rehab area, they were very good. He had therapy every day.

My mother-in-law has been in Carmel Hills Care Center for a while now. So far, this facility has been very good. I chose this place for my mother-in-law because it is very clean. The people are very friendly, and we have no problems with the staff. My mother is fed in her bed because she can't get up. Their activities include bingo, card games, and physical therapy. The security is very good.
