Our experience with Windsor Gardens has been quite interesting. We are satisfied but there are some areas that need some improvement. The care is somewhat inconsistent. There seems to be a lot of caring and competent staff. They have tried to be very cordial, open, and very accommodating. We are welcome at the facility any time.
