The facility was kind and helpful to my family and my father staying there. They were available to answer any questions we had. The staff was really nice and they kept the place clean. My dad loved the food- bonus!

The cna nurses are rude to the patients and there family members. The facility is infested with roaches and rats. My dad was bitten by something and no one informed me of the incident . He now has a bad infection. I’m very unhappy with they way the operate here. DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVE ONES AT THIS FACILITY

Dissatified Resident

The residents are kept outside, if they want to be out of their rooms. The indoor designated space for residents is rarely allowed use by residents, so they sit outside on a patio, at all times of the year. Also, activities are almost nonexistent. They have a required calendar, but an activity schedule for residents is not implemented consistently. When I got here, this place was a mess. The patio was in a state of disrepair, it looked a mess. The only reason pictures were put on the walls, bathrooms redecorated, and the patio repainted, is because the State was coming to survey the facility. They do not maintain this professional standard, at all times. Also, staff has minimal or no formal higher education. I would sincerely look at other facilities for loved ones.

Lotus Care Center was very clean, and they had nice rooms. My father was in a room by himself. The food was really nice. He was a diabetic, and anything that I reported to them that was happening with him, they worked on it very quickly. If he needed to be in the hospital, they would put him in there immediately. It was very clean all the time. It didn't smell like a nursing home, and they kept the floors polished. The director was very nice. I would recommend that for anybody.
