I found the staff at Hillcrest to be very attentive with the people there. They kept them clean, out of bed, and when you go in there, you don't smell any urine smell in patients that were unattended. Overall, it was okay. Like most facilities, I would say that they basically need to improve on the training of their staff, CNA's or the caregivers, and be more attentive to the elderly
