Chapman Care Center

I was a resident of Chapman Care Center. It's a very clean facility. After surgery, sometimes I would visit others and they weren't so clean. So this one is clean, and all the rooms have TV. The food was adequate. It wasn't super great, but it was okay. They had nice activity directors. They were a very caring facility. Most of the staff was nice. Some of them were a challenge.

The location itself is located in a highly populated area, where traffic is really bad. In terms of appearance, the facility looks clean but does smell very much of bleach and other cleaning products. The staff constantly say they are busy and are not very friendly with the residents. The residents whom ask for assistance get the help that they need much later than they should be attended to. Furthermore, there seems to be a low faculty number compared to how many residents there are. Despite this, some faculty are lounging around in the hallways.
