I was treated at this facility following knee surgery for rehab. I had great care. My Mother-in-law was also treated at this facility following surgery for a broken femur. She received great care. She was 96 years old and did not respond well to therapy. As a result she is bedridden. The administrator and others helped us through the paperwork and interview to put her on hospice and take her home. We already had a great full time caregiver for her. Two of the workers also gave us info so we could use them on their days off for substitute care. We have been pleased with this facility and recommend to to others.

I went to Apple Valley Christian after a hospital stay. I wasn't impressed, and it was not a place I would want to live. The food was lacking, and I was tired of beans. The showers didn't work well, the floors were uneven, and it was hard toget around when I was using a walker. The smell of urine was overwhelming a lot of the time.
