"Ecumen would rate quite high because it is one of our favorites. It was a good location for us. It was quite a new facility and has up-to-date amenities that you would expect. They had a range of villas, but the apartments were really good. The staff and their availability was one of the things that we were concerned about, and Ecumen seemed good in that regard. We live quite close by, and it is in a kind of new development area. The basic amenities were very good. They had some social type things like playing cards and computer rooms and equipment that one could use. The main drawback would be this one was very high on the price range. "

"We didn't like Ecumen Centennial House. I saw people who had super high needs. They have like a pod of four rooms. If my dad was sick, I think he would have been great there, but he didn't need that high of nursing care. The staff was good. They're all amazing. The room was just one room and you could only fit a bed in there and maybe a little couch. It was very small. It was not the kind of room that my dad would need. I went through that one fairly quickly and that's why I ended up in the other one. It was well maintained. The dining room was nice. For what it was, they were great."

"I have nothing but great things to say about the Lodge at Summit oaks in Burnsville. My mother is a resident there and has been for two years. I or my family members visit almost daily. Mom is well cared for and well treated by the entire staff. Our family would be lost with out them. "We toured Havenwood of Burnsville. It was nice. The room was a studio; it is what it is. We were hoping for something a little bigger with a bedroom, but other than that, it's fine. The staff was professional. The dining area was clean and spacious."

"Suite Living of Prior Lake was good because of the proximity. It's geographically convenient. It's brand new and there are a few residents so far and there's no assessment fee or community fee right now. The dining area looks beautiful. The staff was easygoing. No pressure. They were very nice."

"Suite Living of Burnsville was absolutely perfect in every way. I would give it a five all the way around. My husband didn't like it because he said it was too lonely, meaning it's very quiet. There aren't a lot of people. I'm going to move in there whenever I need it. It's absolutely wonderful and well taken care of. The facility is very new. They had a lot of activities and many choices. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It would be really easy to have family members visit. They're just amazing. I saw the menu, and I was watching them set things up. They seemed well presented. They had a variety of different types of food."
