When Derrick came today, my husband explained to him what had happened. He didn't get flustered or rattled. He just was very calm. He told my husband to make sure to drink plenty of water because that keeps his blood pressure at a good level. It helps with things like dizziness and that kind of stuff. They were very encouraging, and they didn't waste anybody's time. They were very careful and very thorough. At the same time, they didn't lollygag at all.
