My mom has her home care services through Professional Resource Network and she loves her caregivers. The office staff is easy to work with. I would recommend them to anybody looking for home care.

We've been with Professional Resource Network for almost 13 years now. I also take care of my son plus 5 other caregivers. We got a nurse that comes in three times a week now because my son has pressure sores on his backside. The other ones cleans his room, wash him up, brush his teeth because he needs total care. They all care about his well-being. They try to do what he wants and they don't try to force their ways on him, which I think is pretty neat. However, when they cut my son's PCA, they only gave me a 2-day notice. I don't think that's fair. They are really good the first 8 or 9 years.
