"Suite Living of Prior Lake was good because of the proximity. It's geographically convenient. It's brand new and there are a few residents so far and there's no assessment fee or community fee right now. The dining area looks beautiful. The staff was easygoing. No pressure. They were very nice."

"I went to New Perspective Senior Living. I like the staff very well. We had a very good interview, and I was able to tour that place in person. They did not have restrictions to go look through it, so that helped, too. I like the lady who's in charge of it. The facility looked nice and clean. She showed me one of the rooms, and it's a decent size, and it's got a nice bathroom and a closet space. It's just easy access from here to Faribault. It's a 15-minute drive, and it's about the closest there is. They gave me a menu of what they serve over there, and my father will probably eat better over there than I feed him."

"Faribault Senior Living is an assisted living place, and it works very well for my mother. We liked them. They have different apartment sizes and it's very nice. The staff was very good. They have ala carte menu for meals, so you get to choose what you want and when you eat. They have movies and lot of activities. "

"It was a very nice place, but my loved ones were looking more for something like a small apartment-type thing rather than a room. Nevertheless, it's very nice and very homey. Nice people. It's perfect if somebody only wants a room. We walked through the dining area, and it was all very homey. The patio was very nice. It's a quiet area and not a big place, and that's kind of nice because a lot of people don't like to be around a lot of people. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and very caring. They have different activities. The room was very nice and clean. It's a nice oversized bedroom."

"I did an in-person walkthrough of Mill City Senior Living. It was at the total opposite end of Faribault, way on the northwest side, but it was a very beautiful place. I really, really liked it; it's just the location. The staff was very nice, and she gave me a very nice tour of the place. They had very nice apartments with large bathrooms. The rooms were about the same size as the other place I saw. They had a workout room for people to go in and work out and for sitting exercises and stuff."

"My client is in the memory care of Milestone Senior Living. The facility is beautiful, but there has been a huge turnover of staff, and the consistency of the administration of nursing has not been consistent. They have private rooms with their own bathroom and showers, a twin-size bed, and a chair. The family decorated the room, so it was very comfortable and personable. The grounds are beautiful and conveniently located by the clinic and hospital."
