The rooms and apartments are very nice, well kept, and clean. The dining area is very nice. They're very cordial. They go for walks, have a little outside area where they can go and sit, live music, and yesterday, they were passing out popsicles to everybody. They were overly friendly. "

"I had a tour at Emeritus at Loma Linda and the place seemed nice. The apartments are nice and the place is very clean. The staff were also very nice. I noticed that they have exercises and I can see that the residents are well taken care of. "

"My mom moved into Allara Senior Living. The caregivers are very attentive. The apartment that she's in is very nice and very modern. They clean once a week. They do laundry once a week. They have their meals at the restaurant. It's like a restaurant setting where they have a menu. And the food was good because I've eaten there as well. And my mom raves over the food. She likes it. The community is nice and everyone there is very friendly. They have entertainment. They have people who come in and sing and play music. They go on excursions, but my mom doesn't do that. The community facility is very well-kept and very well-groomed. Landscaping is very nice. There's ample parking."

We offer 24/7 Care and Supervision by experienced caregivers, many of whom have been at the same facility since it opened. This provides stability and establishes a bond between our residents and the men and women who provide eldercare for them on a daily basis. All of our caretakers have been background checked and cleared by the Department of Justice Genesis has been in business since 1996. The owner is a registered nurse as well as her three children who work along side her. Doctors, psychiatrist, podiatrist home health and hospice visit all Genesis homes on a regular basis. Hairdressers too. We do not have studio apartments. "My mother has been in Cadence at Rancho Cucamonga for two weeks now. She is very happy, and we're happy that she's happy. They're very friendly like we have known everyone there for years. They're very warm reception. I can't say anything bad about it at all. It's just amazingly comfortable. They're so warm to you. Everything is just the best you can have. The food is so good. For activities, they have games, they play music, they dance, and they even play ball outside. They have a gym, too. Everyone is joining activities at the same time and it's so odd to see something like that. They get everyone involved. My mother didn't want to go, and once she was there, she was so happy now."

"Ivy Park at Alta Loma had lots of activities to keep the seniors active. My mom went on the tours with me and she felt really comfortable there. I like that they have lots of staff that interact with the seniors. They stated that they have weekly mini outings that she would really love. They will take them on many field trips or to the Dollar Tree to go shopping. They take them to museums and local areas. Everyone received us very well, up to the point that my mom will be staying at their facility in their memory care. The coordinator emails me when they have other events there that we can go to just to get my mom more familiar with everyone there. We've been invited to two different outings since then and she's stated that she will continuously contact me for any outings that they have there that we can go to. I really enjoyed that. She was wonderful. She's very thorough and very friendly. She made my mom feel really, really comfortable. The apartments were very nice. We loved the setup. There's two different setups, and we loved the way everything was arranged. I also liked that the rooms come unfurnished, but they can provide you with furniture to rent. It's an additional cost, but it's very reasonable. The maintenance was wonderful. Everything was very clean and always well organized, in my opinion. The different rooms that the individuals are able to go through and partake in activities were set up very well. The dining area looks very good. I liked the way it was set up, and it looked very comfortable. My mom wanted to actually sit down and have a meal there when we were going through at that particular point. She was very enthused with the dining and how it was set up, like the tables and napkins. The coordinator took her time with us. She never rushed us or anything. She took all the time. She felt we needed it, and I felt more comfortable like that. I wasn't rushed or anything."

"When I first walked in at Oakmont of San Antonio Heights, I actually wrote down that it was lovely. My daughter had the same response. It had very nice people in a really nice community. It's close to Mom's doctor and the hospital. The location is what tipped it in its favor. The staff has been great. When I walked into Mom's room, I felt like walking into a room in a Palm Springs resort. It was really nice, very clean, very bright, roomy, and very pretty. "

"We looked at Atria Del Rey yesterday. The director seemed very on top, very nice. And I love seeing what they have. They had a lot of activity. It was nice that way, but what I want is to be closer to my daughter. It was very clean, well-organized, very friendly, and very homey. They have one room that's just a studio, and then the other one that's a kitchenette that contains a refrigerator and microwave. They have a really beautiful courtyard and in the room, there is a view of the mountains, and they have a running track and football and soccer next to them. They had a playground where children could play and they said that they go over there for picnics on nice days. They also provide transportation to shopping centers."

"I went to D'Vine Home. It's less money per month than at my mom's current facility. I'm really torn as to do I move her just to save money every month. They offered activities. They made the facility feel like it was a home, not a nursing home, but a residence. It was clean and had a lively atmosphere. There was a small dining table and a kitchen counter like a bar area, and that was part of the open kitchen area. I really didn't interact with the staff too much, but the owners were a five-star. They had a menu posted. I didn't taste the food, but everything looked good. They had indoor games and an outdoor area."

"My father in law was the first resident Caroline took in. He received excellent care and when the time came that we needed to place my mother in law, I was glad they could both be together. The house was always clean, my in laws, were always showered and dressed. Caroline and her family were always friendly and helpful. Caroline was always quick to call us if there was an issue we needed to be aware of. I would highly recommend this facility. "

"We visited Foremost Retirement Community. It's very nice and very good. Everything was just right. It's in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. It seems secure, and that's important. It has a nice environment if you want to walk your dogs. There's a cute restaurant nearby. It's about a mile from the main strip of town where you'll find a Walgreens, the bank, and the post office. They're all relatively very close. The upkeep was just fine. It wasn't dirty, it was clean, and it was well-maintained. We looked at all the individual little apartments. They all have a parking spot and green grass in front. They're connected. You might have one or two neighbors, but they're very private. You don't get your meals or anything. You're totally on your own. They have a long kitchen. You could have a full-sized fridge, a four-burner stove, a sink, and a counter. And then the studio, you could set up a queen bed, a TV, a good-sized bathroom, and a little closet. The other nice thing is that it's only one level. There are no two stories, so you don't have to worry about climbing stairs or anything. They have both independent and assisted living. The staff who toured me was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She did great. You feel like you're in a little apartment building. It's so independent and quiet. The only thing is that you don't have a little private yard for your dog or cat. It's all just one big open area, so you don't have a patio, you don't have a place to barbecue, you don't have anything like that. "
