I'm very happy with D'Desert Rose. I like the house, the atmosphere, and the room for my husband. It's very nice and cozy. When I first walked in, I immediately liked everything about it. So far so good, they're taking good care of him, and he's looking good. They have to help him get in and out of his wheelchair. He has memory problems, and he has dementia, but he's doing much better in being there. They're very concerned about him, they make sure he gets a haircut or a shave, and they take very good care of him. The staff even came out when I brought stuff to the house for him; they're very helpful. I haven't tried the food, but I've smelled it when I've been there visiting with him. I can't go in because of COVID; they're being very careful about that. So I speak to my husband through the window in the dining room, which is next to the window. I've been there while they're cooking, and it smelled very good.
